Dr. Barbara Collins designed and facilitated a team building retreat for the Senior Management Team at the Pennsylvania Convention Center Authority (PCCA). The purpose of the retreat was to enhance team cohesiveness and provide a forum where participants could exchange information and ideas in building a strong team foundation. Barbara clearly demonstrated her ability to diagnose critical team issues and create an environment that allowed team members to feel comfortable in assessing the impact of organizational change. I appreciated and enjoyed Barbara’s collaborative style in designing an intervention to help my senior team increase the level of team support in moving through transitions in the organization.
