On behalf of the State and Local Partnership Program at the New York State Council on the Arts, please accept our thanks for sharing your knowledge and expertise with the DEC Coordinators during the 2001 DEC Retreat at Blue Mountain Lake.
When DEC coordinators return to their local communities, we hope they will reflect on their experiences and the strategies you shared with them during your workshop sessions. We hope that what you’ve shared with them will make an impact on them as human beings as well as their organizations and the constituents they serve.
